Make sure to hydrate while exercising.

Skincare

Don’t take hot showers or baths.
Apply a heavy, oil-based moisturizer morning and night as it traps existing moisture in your skin.
Exfoliate. Use a light exfoliate scrub twice a week to get rid of the top layer of dead skin cells and expose newer healthier-looking skin.
