Step 1 - Apply a dime-sized amount onto your fingertips and massage into your cheeks in slow circular motions until full absorption.

Daily Schedule for Skin Hydration

AM:

Breakfast: Try eating foods rich with fatty acids. Try avoiding salt.

Examples:

    • Avocado toast with veggies
    • Oatmeal with mangos and strawberries
    • Green Smoothie - Kale, Spinach, Frozen Banana, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract

Hydration: Fill up the water infuser with watermelon and mint.

Skincare: Use the Coconut Oil Aloe Gentle Scrub and follow with a dime size of the Camellia Jojoba Moisturizer. 

During the day:

Stay Moist: Use a Coconut Oil Wipes for a mid day hydration.

Lunch: Eat a light lunch with fatty acids and proteins. 

Examples:

  • Chopped salad with avocado, almonds, cucumbers, dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice
  • Sweet potato salad with mixed nuts.

Hydration: Fill up the water infuser with watermelon and mint.

PM:

Dinner: Keep it green and try avoiding salt.

Examples:

  • Grilled asparagus with coconut oil, add your choice of fatty protein. 
  • Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
  • Make a fruity dessert - Watermelon is an amazing option

Hydration: Fill up the water infuser with a fruity mixture (For example Kiwi and Strawberry) - Another amazing option is Camomile Tea!
