2. Cleanse gently - Choose a mild, sulfate-free cleanser to avoid stripping your skin of essential oils. Cleanse morning and night to remove dirt, makeup, and pollutants.
3. Hydration is key - Keep your skin hydrated by using a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer suitable for your skin type. Hydrated skin looks healthier and helps maintain its elasticity.
4. Don't forget the eyes - Incorporate an eye cream in your routine to prevent early signs of aging like fine lines, and puffiness.
5. Exfoliate wisely - Exfoliate twice a week to remove dead skin cells, but avoid harsh scrubs that can cause irritation. Opt for chemical exfoliants with AHAs or BHAs.
6. Use Antioxidant-rich products - Look for skincare products containing antioxidants like vitamin C and E, which help combat free radicals and maintain skin vitality.
