Shipping policy


Clean Skin Club is located in the United States and currently only supports domestic shipping within the United States and Canada. Standard shipping fees apply. 

We primarily ship through USPS and DHL. However, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping carriers.

Please note that orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to a brokerage and/or customs fee upon receipt. Clean Skin Club is not responsible for these additional fees as they are the responsibility of the recipient. Also note that brokerage fees are dictated by the brokerage agency, and often not consistent. For this, we recommend our Canadian and International prospects wait for our international shipping to be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you incorrectly enter your address but do not contact us before your order has shipped to correct your information, there will be an additional waiting period as well as an additional shipping charge for the new shipment.


We do not fully support international shipping at this time. Exceptions are made in special cases, however, international shipping costs are costly and determined by weight. The customer is also responsible for the cost of duties or any additional fees that incur. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your online order. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee shipping date estimates or promise a product will be received by you within a specific time frame. 

You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has been moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it is not able to be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for refund.

In the case of an order issue (order not delivered, missing items, etc.) , please allow 48 business hours from confirmation of a request being submitted on your behalf to receive a resolution.
