Skin Love During the Holidays

Skin Love During the Holidays

Feeling down about your skin during the holidays? Repeat after me...

My skin is working FOR me and not against me

Your skin is a waste of elimination system. Skin concerns you often have are your body's way of telling you something is out of balance. Our skin also protects us and holds us together.

I choose to see my skin with love

Have you ever done that science experiment in school where you had to grow two different plants? You would talk to one plant negatively and talk to the other with love? And the plant that you spoke to with love was the one that saw the most growth and change? Think of your skin like that plant. Speak about and show your skin love - at every stage. You'll find that not only does your skin health actually improve, but your relationship with your skin will as well.

I will continue to enjoy life...

I get it, i've been there. Feeling down about your skin and like you want to hide away is honestly a natural feeling when you're struggling to be comfortable in your own skin.

But you have to keep going and enjoy your life! Loving yourself, your skin, and enjoying your life even when you feel down is the best thing you can do for yourself!

When we're going through hard things, it's normal to think "I'll be happy once I get through this." But typically people that think this way aren't as happy once they're through their hard times compared to those that chose to be happy despite their struggle. You deserve happiness always!

Mindset is everything

Stay in a positive mindset. Know your skin is working for you. Find someone you trust to talk with. Find and stick with a licensed skin pro you trust. Love your skin every step of it's journey. Don't compare yourself to others. Know that everyone's skin journey is different. Yours will be worth it once you reach your goals. Enjoy your life and remember...

You are beautiful❤️
