Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Purchases made on cleanskinclub.com may be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- For returns in the United States: a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns for a fee of $5.

- For returns in Canada: a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns for a fee of $15.

- For returns outside of the US and Canada: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties.

Original shipping charges on orders are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send us an email at wecare@cleanskinclub.com and send your item to: 1240 Tangelo Terrace, Unit B12, Delray Beach, FL 33483. Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary. 

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you are missing an item(s) that you ordered, received the wrong item(s), or if the products of your order are damaged upon arrival- we will gladly replace the item(s) with shipping covered.

You MUST provide our customer care team a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for a free replacement. 

Damaged Items: Please take a picture of the condition of the packaging it was shipped in, as well as a picture showing the damage to the product.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your return receipt, first check your bank account again. Then contact your baking institution or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

WHERE DO I SEND RETURNS?

To return your product, please reach out to wecare@cleanskinclub.com to initiate a return or exchange. Our mailing address for returns is 1240 Tangelo Terrace, Unit B12, Delray Beach, FL 33483. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

SALE ITEMS

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund or credit.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
