What is Candida Overgrowth?

Candida is a fungus commonly found in the mouth, intestines, hair, and skin. Candida is generally harmless and is present normally in the skin. Healthy bacteria keep their numbers under check and limit their growth. 

Symtoms of Candida Overgrowth

You might experience constant bloating, skin/nail infections, white coating on the tongue, constipation, itchiness/dryness on the skin and scalp. 

What Are The Causes?

Chronic stress, a diet excessive in carbs and sugar, alcohol, a weakened immune system, broad spectrum antibiotics, smoking, warm humid climate, constant wearing of tight clothing.
