I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s not always a medication deficiency or a skincare deficiency. There’s typically an internal ROOT CAUSE to the breakouts. The umbrella is one of my favorite analogies, so let’s talk about it.There are three main acne-clearing umbrellas that need to be addressed (aka the root causes).
And under each umbrella are raindrops (but actually, they’re subcategories). These subcategories are areas that need to be fixed in order to have a strong umbrella that keeps the rain out (aka keeps the acne away).☔
