RETURN AND EXCHANGES
60-Day Money Back Guarantee: Unsatisfied with your order? We have you covered. All purchases made on www.cleanskinclub.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. You must email our customer care team within 60 days of your order being placed to be eligible for a refund. If you contact our customer care team past 60 days of the date your order was placed, you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement. Our 60-day money back guarantee is only applicable for orders made on www.cleanskinclub.com, and not applicable to Amazon orders or any purchase of Clean Skin Club products made through physical retailers or any other online domain.
To initiate a return: Please complete our contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number prepared, and provide the reason you wish to return.
- For returns in the United States: a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns for a fee of $5.
- For returns in Canada: a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns for a fee of $15.
- For returns outside of the US and Canada: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties.
Original shipping charges on orders are non-refundable once an order has been processed and marked as shipped.
Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has begun processing for shipment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to the point of being unusable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send us an email at email@example.com to get started.
MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you are missing an item(s) that you ordered, received the wrong item(s), or if the products of your order are damaged upon arrival- we will gladly replace the item(s) with shipping covered.
You MUST provide our customer care team a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for a free replacement.
Damaged Items: Please take a picture of the condition of the packaging it was shipped in, as well as a picture showing the damage to the product.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your return receipt, first check your bank account again. Then contact your banking institution or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
