SHIPPING POLICY
Clean Skin Club is located in the United States. Standard shipping fees apply.
We reserve the right to use alternative shipping carriers at our discretion.
Please note that orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to a brokerage and/or customs fee upon receipt. Clean Skin Club is not responsible for these additional fees as they are the responsibility of the recipient. Also note that brokerage fees are dictated by the brokerage agency, and often not consistent. For this, we recommend our International prospects wait for our international shipping to be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you incorrectly enter your address but do not contact us before your order has shipped to correct your information AND receive a confirmation that the update has been made, there will be an additional waiting period for a new shipment to be issued to the correct address as well as a charge for the new shipping label.
We do not refund shipping charges on orders in the case of an incorrect shipping address.
Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not support international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your online order. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee shipping date estimates or promise a product will be received by you within a specific time frame.
Subscription orders operate on same day shipping (with the exception of weekends and holidays). Please note that these orders move into processing typically within 1-3 hours to meet shipping expectations.
You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has been moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it is not able to be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for refund. Requesting a cancellation is not a guarantee - requests made outside of business hours are not monitored.
If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please reference the order ID provided in your confirmation email and reach out to us at [email protected]. Please allow 48 business hours to receive a response to your inquiry. In the case of an order issue (order not delivered, missing items, etc.) , please allow 48 business hours from confirmation of a request being submitted on your behalf to receive a resolution.
